Learn Dialogue and cues based on the 12 Meridian system to help guide students deeper into the inner body, the organs, emotions and subtle energy.

Daily Schedule:
10-11 Pranayama Yin Sequence and Mantra
11:15-12:45 Vinyasa + Yin Yoga Class
1-2pm Lecture : Physical and Energetic Anatomy for Adjustments
2-3pm Lunch
3-6pm Teaching Methodology : Sequencing, Dialogue and Meridian Based Adjustments
6:30-8 Extreme Yin Yoga Class and Meridian Circuit Meditation
