Nina’s teachings are rooted in their sources, namely the systems of Hatha and Raja Yoga. She is an E-RYT 500 with thousands of hours of yogic study. Inspired by these traditions, Nina weaves science and spirituality into a clear offering of how the purifying practice of Hatha Yoga works and the importance of developing a consistent, daily sādhanā of self-inquiry and reflection.

Her 360 degree approach to seeing the human body/experience includes western physical anatomy, yogic energy anatomy and chinese meridian science. Nina integrates these modalities into useful guidance to help students move through physical, mental and emotional blockages. Nina has learned and developed methods–specifically in yoga meridian medicine, yin, approach/technique to yogic postures, meditation, chanting, philosophy and pranayama– to increase self-awareness and recognition of holding patterns in the body-mind, resulting in more freedom and peace in thought and action.

Nina seamlessly brings together East and West in her teachings and her own experience has greatly shaped her passion to help others reach optimal health and peace of body-mind. She has been fortunate to study under many masterful teachers including Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan, Everett Newell, Talia Sutra and her ongoing acupuncture mentorship with Dr. Roberto Andrade.
