2 hour Yoga practice session focusing on the Emotional Axis (Liver, Gall Bladder, Pericardium and Triple Heater meridians). Emotional release and deep stretch are emphasized.

Dr Rose Erin Vaughan, DAc
Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan, DAc, is an experienced Acupuncturist, Trigger Point Therapist, and founder of SOS Meridian Yoga. She has published 4 books on the topic of Meridian Yoga. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture, a BS in Biology and additional graduate studies in Human Anatomy. Her training includes over 1000 hours with Sri Dharma Mittra and additional hours with teachers in the lineage of Pattabhi Jois and Bikram. For over 20 years she has worked to understand and address the physical and emotional ailments of modern culture. Originally a distance runner and weight lifter studying Cell Biology, she integrates her knowledge of science with her devotion to yoga, embodied anatomy, and Chinese medicine.
